Teamgrid started in a walk-up apartment in Gowanus with two founders, one laptop, and a conviction that design agencies had become too fluffy and engineering shops too narrow.

Nine years later we're twenty-eight people across four continents, but the thesis hasn't changed: the best digital work happens when design and engineering argue in the same room — early, often, and honestly.

We pick work carefully. We take on roughly one in eight inbound projects. The filter isn't budget — it's fit, ambition, and whether we can genuinely move the needle on the business.
